Property Management and Leasing Council

While this Council is a free benefit to HRRA members, we are offering Property Management Council membership to VPAR members. REALTORS® in good standing VPAR are eligible to join and receive the many benefits offered to HRRA Property Management Council members.

Membership into the Regional Property Management and Leasing Council entitles you to:

• educational, informational and networking opportunities.
• attendance at the monthly Property Management Council meetings
• membership price to any forums or networking events hosted by the Property Management Council.
• opportunity to network with Property Managers throughout Southeastern Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina.
• opportunity to hear guest speakers on Property Management issues every month.
• opportunity to influence legislative issues pertaining to property management.
• opportunity to serve on various task forces and working groups on property management issues.

In order to qualify for the special membership rate, you must be a REALTOR®. The Council welcomes property managers throughout Southeastern Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina.
